FOOD TRUCK

What started out as a competition BBQ team turned into a mobile BBQ unit due to the overwhelming demand for tasty BBQ chicken, pork loin, and ribs when they first started. The food truck became a hit and pitmaster Kenny and his lovely wife CC were busy as could be. Customers started demanding a brick and mortar building so they could enjoy BBQ year-round and not have to travel to find the mobile BBQ trailer.

In June of 2021, they packed up everything they owned and moved to Dunbar, WI. The response is an excitement never heard in the Northwoods as customers come from all over the United States and even the world. The food truck has now taken roots even further north as the customers in the U.P. of Michigan have welcomed us with open arms. What’s next? BBQ on the beach in Puerto Rico has a ring. Stay tuned… the story is only getting better just like the food.
